SHIPPING POLICY:We use USPS and UPS shipping. Shipping is FREE if your order is over $100. Items are processed with 3 business days and shipped out within 2 BUSINESS days (Monday-Saturday) after the order is received it can take up to 2-5 business days to be delivered. Shipping times are estimated and are not guaranteed, as there may be delays due to the holidays, and or bad weather. Express shipping is the only guaranteed service we provide. 

Acknowledge all shipping and address information entered is correct if any incorrect info was provided please contact us within 24hrs. 

Acknowledge that if you decline Route insurance and your package is lost or stolen we are not responsible to replace it. 

TRACKING POLICY- All orders are processed, verified, and shipped within 1-3 business days or sooner. We are not responsible for orders lost in the mail, incorrectly supplied addresses, or unclaimed/refused packages. You may track your package using the supplied tracking number in your shipment confirmation email. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, you must contact the United States Postal Service directly at 1-800-ASK-USPS® (1-800-275-8777). Any lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be reported as a claim to USPS.Or UPS at 800) 742-5877
